Lingualaw - Who are we?

Lingualaw is a niche practice dedicated to the property and legal industry. We offer a four-fold service in which each unit can be used together or separately. With over 20 years experience in the property industry, Lingualaw is dedicated to advising and assisting a client in any aspect of a property purchase or sale in France or Spain. .

Although our director is a qualified lawyer-linguist, Lingualaw is not a firm of lawyers. Its Property Services are designed to advise and assist a client, whether individual or business, in any aspect of the sale or purchase of a property, or the setting up of a business in France or Spain.

	We are not a translation agency. We prefer to work directly with our clients and therefore our translation and interpreting services (which can also be used independently in any transaction), means that clients can have their entire transaction dealt with at one place rather than having to shop around for separate translation, interpreting or immigration services for example..

Our director is also authorised by ILEX to conduct immigration services in the UK and so we often assists foreign companies wishing to set up business in the UK or UK companies requiring a presence in France or Spain. Lingualaw also deals with any aspect of UK immigration from work permits to applicants for permanent residence. See our immigration services section for more information.
